Grand Casino Algemene Voorwaarden In België Spelersregels En Bonusvoorwaarden

Spellen Waarop Kan Worden Ingezet

  • Tafelspellen (RNG): 0% to 20%.
  • Live dealer-spellen: 0% to 10%.
  • Videopoker: 0% to 20%.

Alleen €30 zou meetellen voor je inzetdoel als een spel 10%.

Max Cashout Rules

Sometimes when you play with bonus money, you can only cash out a certain amount. Even if your balance goes over this amount, this is the most you can take out from bonus wins. As an example, a bonus might have a cashout limit of (_sc0_)500. This means that any winnings over (_sc0_)500 are taken away when you request a withdrawal. Different offers may have different rules about how much you can cash out. For example, if you win a bonus, you can only cash out (_sc0_)500. If you get a bonus of (_sc0_)50, you can only cash out (_sc0_)500. This is because the multiplier cap is 10 times the bonus.

Cashout limits are based on the amount of money you deposit. For example, if you deposit $100, you can only cash out five times that amount, up to $500. If your total eligible winnings go over the limit, the casino will lower the amount you can cash out to the limit and take away any extra money that was earned through bonuses. Your remaining balance will be withdrawn according to standard withdrawal rules after wagering requirements are met and bonus terms are met. Your identity and, if applicable, your (_sc23_) eligibility for the promotion will be checked to make sure that your account information and payment method are correct.

Account Registration Rules

If you want to make an account at Grand Casino, you need to give correct and up-to-date information about yourself. Players who meet the following requirements can only register, and they must be able to pass any identity checks that are requested. Your account is safe with these rules, which also help stop fraud and make sure that withdrawals and tools for responsible play work properly. If information can't be confirmed, account access may be limited until the information is checked. You can only sign up if you are old enough to gamble legally and where you are allowed to play. In some cases, Grand Casino may not let you register if online gambling is illegal in (_sc1_) or where you currently live, or if we can't meet our compliance requirements.

If you want to sign up, you have to use your own name and payment methods. People are not allowed to use other people's information, make an account for someone else, or share an account. When you register, you promise that the information you give (name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number) is correct and matches what's on your official documents. It's not for someone else, and you'll only use your own payment methods. You will not try to get around restrictions on your location or eligibility (for example, by hiding where you are). If you try to register while you are in a restricted area, Grand Casino may close your account and ask for proof of where you live and that you are allowed to play or make withdrawals.

Remember that if your balance or pending cashout changes during checks, you may be asked to prove that the money came from a legal source for transactions exceeding $500 or for actions that lead to stricter compliance controls. Proof of identity, like a driver's license or other government-issued ID with your name and date of birth on it. Proof of address is a recent piece of paper that shows your full address, like a bill or official letter. Payment method verification: proof that you own the payment method (some details may need to be hidden for security reasons). There are times when Grand Casino may ask for more information, like proof of your (_sc23_), where you live, or how your personal information is connected to the payment method you used.

Giving consistent, clear images and information speeds up the verification process. Until KYC is done, Grand Casino may put limits on your account, like not letting you make withdrawals or transactions, or temporarily stopping account features. If documents aren't sent within a reasonable amount of time, the account may be closed and the money returned if compliance rules allow it. An individual can only have one account. This includes copies made with different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or information about the same household. If you make too many accounts, it might be seen as breaking the rules, and your account, bonus, and promotional benefits could be revoked.

The Grand Casino may choose to keep one account open and close the others if multiple accounts are found. When it makes sense, balances may be combined after identity checks, but withdrawals will not be processed until verification and compliance checks are complete.

Limits, Fees, And Processing Times For Different Deposit Methods At Grand Casino

There are many deposit methods available, so you can quickly add money to your account and keep playing. Some payment providers may run their own security checks on a transaction before approving it, and the methods that are available can change by bank, device, and (_sc1_). A payment method that is registered in your own name must be used for all deposits. If you try to deposit money and are turned down, try a different method, check the information you entered again, or call your bank or service provider before trying again.

Fees, Minimum Deposits, and Processing Times: The least you can deposit at Grand Casino is (_sc0_)10. There may be higher minimums depending on the method you choose, and your account will always show you the exact limit before you confirm payment. You don't have to pay a fee to deposit money at Grand Casino, but your bank, card issuer, or e-wallet provider may. They decide if there is a provider fee, not the casino. The fee may be added automatically during the payment step. After being approved, most deposits are credited right away. Processing can take longer in some situations, like when it's a first-time deposit, a big transaction, or one that needs added checks.

The minimum deposit amount at Grand Casino is usually $10, and the credit time is usually instant to 15 minutes. E-wallets can deposit $10, and the credit time is instant. Bank transfers can deposit $50, and the credit time is instant. Prepaid vouchers can deposit $10, and the credit time is instant. If a deposit is still marked as "pending" after these times, don't send more transactions for the same amount. Instead, first look at your payment history and then either wait for confirmation or call support with the transaction number.

Maximum deposit: set by your account limits, provider limits, and risk checks (shown before confirmation). Fees: Grand Casino doesn't usually charge a deposit fee, but providers may. Processing: instant for most methods; bank transfers can take 1 to 3 business days. To make deposits go smoothly, make sure your account information matches your payment method exactly, and make sure you have enough money in your account to cover the deposit (_sc0_)10 plus any provider fees.

How To Withdraw Money: What Documents Are Needed, How Long Does It Take, And How Fast Can I Get My Money?

Grand Casino has a security-first policy for withdrawals that is meant to keep players safe and stop unauthorized payouts. Your account information and payment method may need to be confirmed before you can make a withdrawal. This is especially true for first-time cashouts or requests for larger amounts like 500 (_sc0_) or more. Make sure the information on your profile matches what's on your documents and the name on your payment method so that you can get paid quickly. Some information might be missing or not match up, so the withdrawal can be put on hold until all the required paperwork is sent in and checked.

Proof of identity, payment ownership, and address may be asked for by Grand Casino as standard verification documents for withdrawals. The core set of requests below is the most common. They can change based on your (_sc1_), payment method, withdrawal amount, and risk checks. For proof of identity, you need a clear photo or scan of a valid ID card from the government. For proof of address, you need a recent photo ID or bill with your name and current address on it. Payment method proof—evidence that you own the withdrawal method, like photos or screenshots that show ownership names if needed. (When needed) Source of funds: For larger amounts, like withdrawals of $2,000 or more, or if activity leads to more checks, you may be asked for more information.

There must be no changes made to the images of the documents. There may be extra verification needed to make sure you meet account residency and compliance requirements if you have more than one passport or live outside of your (_sc23_). Refunds will only be sent to payment methods that are linked to your account. While Grand Casino may allow withdrawals to a new method, they may first return funds through the same methods that were used to make the deposit. Usually, the least amount you can withdraw is twenty dollars. Requests for less than this amount may be turned down or asked to be added together to make a bigger total.

Maximum withdrawal: For processing and security reasons, large withdrawals can be split into several payments. For instance, a request for $5,000 (_sc0_) might be split up into several payouts, depending on the limits of the method and the status of the verification. Waiting periods: Once you send a withdrawal request, it might go into a "pending" state while Grand Casino does some checks. Withdrawals for the first time usually take longer because they need to be checked out first. If the documents have already been approved and don't need any more checks, the pending time can be shortened. How quickly you get your money depends on the method you choose when you get approved. After approval, some methods can work almost instantly, while others need processing at the bank.

For the fastest withdrawal, use the same verified method you used to deposit, and make sure all the paperwork is in order before asking for 100 (_sc0_) or more. If your withdrawal takes longer than expected to process, check your account messages for any verification requests and quickly upload any documents that are missing to avoid delays.

Responsible Play Controls

Deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion are all part of Grand Casino's responsible play controls. These help keep play safe and sustainable by letting you decide how much you can deposit, how much you can lose, and when you need a break. These settings are meant to be easy to change down at any time, quick to turn on, and hard to get around. Limits can be set before you even add money to your account, or they can be used later if your spending gets out of hand. If you want to raise any limit, you may have to wait a while first. This is done to make sure that changes aren't made quickly.

Deposit caps let you set a limit on how much you can add to your account in a certain amount of time. You can limit deposits to (_sc0_)100 per day, (_sc0_)300 per week, or (_sc0_)800 per month, depending on what you want and what your account will allow. Loss limits tell you how much money you can lose in a certain amount of time. When your net losses reach (_sc0_)200 in a week, you won't be able to bet again until the next week starts. Loss limits are meant to keep you from going after losses and help you stick to your budget.

Players who need a full stop should use self-exclusion, which is the strongest control. As long as this option is turned on, you won't be able to deposit money, place bets, or play games. During the self-exclusion period, you may also not receive promotional emails, depending on the situation. Limits can be set by going to your account settings, finding the "responsible play" section, and selecting the type of limit and the time period. For example, a deposit cap would mean that you can only deposit (_sc0_)150 in 24 hours. A loss limit would mean that you could lose (_sc0_)250 in 7 days. When you self-exclude, your account would be locked for 7 days, 30 days, or longer if that option is available.

You can lower limits right away. For example, if you lower the maximum monthly deposit from (_sc0_)600 to (_sc0_)200, it usually takes effect right away. Requests to raise a limit might need some time to cool off before the new amount takes effect. If you reach a deposit limit, you won't be able to make any more deposits until the timer starts over. If you lose more than a certain amount, you won't be able to bet again until the period ends. You will be logged out and unable to play with your account until the self-exclusion period ends. You will not be able to reactivate your account before then. If you're not sure what limits to set, start with a low cap like (_sc0_)50 per day and a loss cap like (_sc0_)100 per week. If you feel like you need to spend more, lower the limits. This stuff works best when you set it up before you play.

Mobile Play

If you want to play on your phone, you can use either an app (if it's available) or a mobile browser. However, some devices may not be able to play in certain ways. You agree that your device and connection meet the minimum requirements listed below and that you are using a trusted, up-to-date operating system when you visit the site on a phone or tablet. The layout, loading speed, and games or features that can be accessed may be different on mobile devices compared to desktop computers because of policy and device limitations. To keep your device safe and fast, if a game or feature doesn't work with it, it might be hidden or turned off without notifying you.

How to get the Grand Casino app and where to get it: The app may only be available on certain platforms and in certain places. The app might not be available in all areas, even in (_sc1_), depending on local laws and distribution limits. This could happen at any time because of store policies, licensing issues, or technical updates. You must only download an app from official sources, like Grand Casino or the right app store, if one is available. Installing modified packages, using unofficial mirrors, or running the app on devices that have been changed can limit its functionality, end the session, or check your account security.

You agree to let the app install updates, including security patches, when it asks you to. This will keep the app running smoothly. Make sure you have enough free space and memory for game assets and cache. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If your game gets interrupted by a weak signal or network switching, it's your fault. Device integrity and access controls: Grand Casino may not let you use their apps on phones that look like they have been rooted, jailbroken, or are running automated scripts or using tools that change network traffic, location, or game behavior. Your account is safer with these controls because they help stop fraud. Permissions: For basic functions, the app may ask for limited permissions like network access and storage.

Some features, like having your login information saved and caching sounds or graphics in games, might not work if you don't give the necessary permissions. Marketing and push notifications: If you choose to receive notifications, you can change your mind at any time in the settings of your device. You can still play even if you turn off notifications. Location services: If the law or security policy says so, Grand Casino may use location signals to make sure that mobile players are allowed to play. If location checks fail or are blocked, you might not be able to use real money features until verification works. Mobile payments and wallet access: When you deposit (_sc0_)10 or more on your phone, the payment options you can use may be different depending on your device, browser, and the rules of the platform.

Grand Casino does not control any payment authentication prompts, such as biometric confirmation. These are handled by your device and payment provider. Once you remove the app, your account will not be closed and any transactions that are still open will not be handled. It doesn't matter if the app is installed or not if you have a withdrawal of 100 (_sc0_) or more that needs to be processed and checked for security. Help for older versions: Grand Casino might stop supporting older operating systems or app versions. If your device can't update, you might have to switch to a browser play or a device that can update in order to keep going. App store rules: If you get to Grand Casino through a different app store, you also have to follow the rules of that store.

Grand Casino is not in charge of store account restrictions, store outages, or failed downloads. If the app isn't available on your device, you can use the mobile web version instead, but make sure your browser is compatible with it first. Downtime in the app: planned maintenance or emergency fixes may make it impossible to log in or play for a short time. Grand Casino will try to get service back up as soon as possible, but they can't promise that the app will always be available. Sharing an account: People in the same household often use the same mobile devices. People should not be able to use saved logins to get into your account. When your account is logged in, anything that happens on a device may be seen as something you gave permission for.

Security tips: Don't write down passwords in notes that aren't secure, don't use public Wi-Fi when you're playing for real money, and make sure your device has a passcode or biometric lock. If suspicious sign-in behavior is seen on a mobile device, Grand Casino may ask for more proof. If you switch phones, you might be asked to verify your identity again. If there is a big change in your device fingerprints right before you ask for a withdrawal of 500 (_sc0_) or more, you may have to go through extra checks to make sure you are safe. Compatible with add-ons: Some games may not work with external controllers, screen mirroring, or casting. If casting or mirroring causes lag or stops the game from working, the results will stay the same as they were recorded by the game server.

Playing games on your phone responsibly: iPhone games are made to be easy to use. If you can, set session reminders and device-level screen time tools. When you're done using a shared device, make sure to log out every time. Data use: Playing games on a mobile device can use a lot of data, depending on the type of game and the streaming assets used. Any fees that your cell phone provider charges you are your responsibility. Technical support: If the app crashes or won't load, try updating it, restarting the device, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, clearing the cache, or using the mobile browser as a backup. Contacting support: If the problem still happens, let Grand Casino know the model of your device, the version of the operating system and app you're using, and an estimate of when the problem started.

Security And Privacy Rules

Grand Casino only uses personal and payment data to create accounts, verify identities, handle transactions, and keep an eye on security. We follow data minimization principles, which means that we only ask for the information we need to safely provide our services and meet (_sc1_) compliance requirements. Your information is handled with multiple layers of security to keep it private and lower the risk of misuse. To help keep your account safe, security controls are put in place for signing up, logging in, making deposits and withdrawals, playing games, and talking to customer service. Privacy and Data Protection: We use access controls to store and process data, which limits who can see or handle private data.

Only trained employees who need to do their jobs can get in. Actions may be recorded to help with internal security checks and investigations into incidents. We keep transaction records separate from identity information as much as possible, set limits on how long we keep data, and securely delete data that is no longer needed for legal, operational, or security reasons. To make sure that changes you make to your personal information aren't made by someone else, we may ask for confirmation. For security and compliance reasons, we may ask for the following information: Identity information to verify your account and make sure you are at least 18 years old; Contact information to recover your account and set up security alerts; Payment information and transaction references to process deposits and withdrawals and stop fraud; Device and connection data to spot suspicious activity and keep your sessions safe; We do not sell your personal information.

Only service providers that help with payments, identity checks, security, and running the platform are allowed to share data, and only as much as is needed to provide those services and keep players safe. To keep your data safe, you need to make sure that your password is unique, that you don't share your login information, and that your email and phone numbers are up to date so that you can get security alerts. Account action for strange activity: If our systems find risk indicators, we may temporarily stop withdrawals over 500 (_sc0_), ask for more proof, or stop some features until the checks are finished. You and the platform's integrity are meant to be protected by these steps.

Checks of nationality and residency: Sometimes, we may need proof of your (_sc23_) or current residency in order to follow the rules or make sure you are eligible for an account in (_sc1_). Contact with private data: To keep yourself safe, don't send complete credit card numbers or passwords through support messages. If documents are needed, you should only send them through the safe upload channel in your account. Consent and account control: For some processing activities, like identity verification or security screening, you may be asked to confirm that you agree to them. If you refuse to give permission for essential processing, you might not be able to access your account or make transactions until certain conditions are met.

Keeping and getting rid of information: Some data has to be kept for a certain amount of time to meet legal and anti-fraud requirements. The data is securely deleted or made anonymous when the retention period ends and it is no longer needed. Concerns about privacy: If we find a security breach involving personal data, we will take steps to contain it, evaluate its effects, and, if necessary, inform affected users and the right authorities in line with (_sc1_) laws. Data transfer protections: When processing partners outside of your country, we use protections like contractual rights and limited access to make sure the right level of security is maintained. You can ask to see the personal information that is linked to your account and ask for changes to be made if any of the information is wrong.

For security reasons, requests may need to be accompanied by proof of identity. Marketing preferences: You can decide how to receive promotional emails by changing your account settings. You can still get security messages about your account when you need to. The Grand Casino will never ask for your password as a security measure against social engineering. If you get messages saying they are from us asking for login information or payment information, don't trust them and contact support through the official channel. Safety during sessions: To keep you safe, you may be automatically logged out after a while of not using the site. When you do something sensitive, like change your payment information or start a large withdrawal, you may need to recreate your account.

Secure Transmission and Encryption: We use encryption technologies to help keep the data you send to and from our systems safe. Using encrypted connections makes it less likely that someone will listen in on your login, payment, or account management. While they're being sent, sensitive fields are encrypted, and secure session handling helps keep people from getting in without permission. When you log in from a new device or location, you may see verification prompts. Withdrawals over 500 (_sc0_) are temporarily held when risk signals appear. You may also be asked to confirm that you own the payment method used for deposits. Fraud Prevention and Account Integrity: Grand Casino watches all activity to find and stop fraud, such as unauthorized account access, payment misuse, bonus abuse, collusion, and automated behavior that threatens fair play.

Monitoring can include looking at device fingerprints, IP addresses, speed checks, behavior patterns, and transactions. If we see any suspicious activity, we may take precautions to keep everyone safe. For example, we may need more proof, limit certain transactions, reverse or decline deposits, void suspicious transactions when allowed, or stop gameplay until all the checks are done. If money is involved, we may ask for proof of where the deposit came from for amounts over 1000 (_sc0_) as part of our screening for fraud and compliance. Strong account security, staying away from public or shared devices, not letting anyone else use your account, and making sure you are on the official Grand Casino domain before entering your login or payment information are all things you can do to lower your risk of fraud.

What Types Of Deposits Are Accepted? When Will My Balance Be Added To My Account?

You can pay with major credit cards, bank transfers, and some local payment methods that are available in (_sc1_). Most of the time, deposits are credited right away after the payment provider approves them. If you haven't made a deposit yet, make sure that (1) your payment method has a limit, (2) 3D Secure or bank app confirmation, and (3) the name on the payment method matches the name on your casino account. Call Support with the transaction number and amount in (_sc0_) if the deposit goes through on your bank side but doesn't show up in your balance within 30 minutes.

How Do I Make Withdrawals, And How Long Does It Take?

Ask Cashier for a withdrawal and pick a method that can be used to get your money in (_sc1_). Withdrawals are processed only after the account is verified and security checks are done. Depending on the method, delivery can take anywhere from one to five business days after approval. Cards and bank transfers can take longer, but some e-wallets and instant banking may be faster. When you request a large withdrawal, make sure your account is verified and that you use the same method of payment that you used to deposit. This will make the process go more smoothly.

Which Games Can I Play With The Bonus Money, And How Much Can I Win?

Only if you choose to get the bonus and meet the requirements listed on the offer will you be eligible. From the bonus terms, we know that the wagering is based on a multiple of either the bonus amount or the bonus amount plus the deposit. Certain bet patterns may not be allowed, and some games count less toward wagering. Wins and bonus money can be limited per offer, and there may be time limits. You can keep a bonus by making sure of three things: (1) the highest bet that can be made while the bonus is active; (2) wagering must be completed before the bonus expires; and (3) games listed in the bonus section count 100% bijdraagt aan het inzetten.

Hoe Vaak Kan Ik Storten, Opnemen Of Spelen?
